About Jessica
I’m a 22-year-old Master of Nutrition and Dietetics student with a passion for empowering others to become more knowledgeable and confident about nutrition. I recently started my own business to help bridge the gap I felt during my own studies — I know how valuable extra support and guidance can be, and I’m dedicated to providing the encouragement and resources I wish I’d had during my degree.

I tailor my teaching approach to each individual’s learning style, while strongly incorporating active recall to reinforce knowledge. My lessons typically run for 45 to 60 minutes to ensure they remain effective without causing burnout. I have several years of experience tutoring peers, supporting others during my university studies, and helping my sister with her learning. My lessons are suitable for all ages, but I especially enjoy working with students currently undertaking a Bachelor of Nutrition or anyone seeking support in related areas of study.
