About Amelia
I am Amelia, I have a master's in nursing qualification and have worked as a nurse in different capacities since 2008. I have worked in a general medical surgical community hospital, then a Pediatric unit, then in midwifery for 5 years, then in aged care and currently in NICU. I love teaching and I hope I can explore this skill in small settings like this before I go into it formally.

I help students understand complex concepts in simple ways, breaking it down. I am passionate about having the knowledge to understand how things work. I think it helps you love what you are learning and love what you do. I like to make small handouts that you can refer to later because I don’t think it’s realistic to remember everything. I believe in checklists :)
