About Emanuel
I am graduated M.M from EAFIT University.
I have 2 years of experience as a university professor of music theory and another 5 years as a private teacher for classical - traditional guitar.
I have done advanced studies of harmony and music theory.
As a soloist I have managed to obtain several academic, national and international awards, as well as having given concerts with symphonic orchestras as a soloist guitarist on multiple occasions.

Guitar by nature is an instrument that privileges empiric learning, however, in my experience, I've seen a great difference in the learning process when the students, from the beginning, manages to relate practice with other elements that allow the study of music as the study of a language.
Both in my personal study and my teaching, I try to approach music from the understanding of theory taken to practice, because of this same reason, I always relate both aspects of the study of music in my classes.
