About Peyton
I recently earned my Master's degree in Music Education from the University of Mississippi and have extensive experience performing and teaching in concert band, marching band, jazz ensemble, and chamber settings.
My goal is to help every student build confidence, develop strong fundamentals, and enjoy making music. Whether preparing for school band, honor band auditions, solo competitions, or simply learning an instrument for the first time, I tailor lessons to each student's individual goals and learning style.

I teach students of all levels, from beginners to advanced players, across most traditional band instruments. My experience includes concert band, marching band, jazz, chamber ensembles, and more.
Lessons are structured but flexible, focusing on strong fundamentals, musical understanding, and steady personal progress. I aim to keep learning engaging while still setting clear goals so students can see real improvement.

The first free lesson with Peyton will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

Details
All lessons are 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed. A free 30-minute introductory lesson is offered for new students to discuss goals and assess level.
In-person lessons are available within a 20-mile radius of Luling and may include a $15 travel fee depending on distance.
Online lessons are conducted via webcam and are priced slightly higher due to scheduling flexibility and preparation time.
Lesson packages are designed for consistent progress and provide a small discount for longer-term commitment.
