About Sawyer

My teaching approach is built on flexibility, problem-solving, and accountability, ensuring each student receives a personalized learning experience. I understand that every student has different goals, learning styles, and challenges, so I tailor my lessons to fit their needs. Whether you're learning guitar for fun, to improve your skills, or to pursue a career in music, my approach adapts to you. I encourage problem-solving by helping students overcome challenges in a creative way, making learning both enjoyable and effective. I also ensure cultural sensitivity, incorporating a wide range of musical genres and styles from around the world to broaden students’ musical horizons. In addition to guitar, I can also teach subjects that complement your musical journey, such as music theory, ear training, and composition. I emphasize accountability, helping students stay motivated and track their progress. Through regular feedback and goal-setting, I ensure that students remain on track while enjoying the learning process. My aim is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where students can thrive and reach their full potential.

About the lesson

With over 6 years of experience teaching guitar, I specialize in guiding college students to unlock their full potential. My approach is student-centered, focusing on individual needs and goals.
