About Charlotte
My guitar teaching methodology is centered on student-led exploration and clear personal goals. I encourage learners to take ownership of their musical journey from the very first lesson. Together, we define goals that match your taste, energy, and creative direction.
Lessons include jam session techniques that help you play confidently with others and respond naturally in real time. We work on melodic phrasing so your solos feel expressive, emotional, and truly personal. Through scale-matching, you’ll learn how to choose the right sounds for different moods and progressions. Rhythmic groove development builds strong timing, feel, and musical confidence.
This approach supports students who enjoy independence and deep emotional connection to music. I give space for experimentation while offering guidance when creative breakthroughs are close. Structure is always there, but creativity leads the way. Progress feels exciting, not forced. My goal is to help you develop a strong musical voice and the confidence to use it anywhere.

I’m a friendly and passionate guitar teacher with over 4 years of teaching experience and an Associate Degree in Guitar Performance. Music has been at the heart of my journey, both on stage and in the classroom. I actively work with community-based programs, play at local gigs, and lead school enrichment clubs, using music to bring people together.
Nothing makes me happier than guiding beginners through their very first musical milestones. Seeing a student smile after their first chord, gain confidence during their first solo, or shine in their first performance never gets old. These moments are why I teach.
My lessons are built around curiosity, connection, and consistent encouragement. I create a relaxed, supportive space where students feel comfortable exploring their sound and expressing themselves. Progress is celebrated, mistakes are welcomed, and confidence grows naturally.
