About Manasi
During my tenure as a Teaching Assistant, I quickly realized that every student learns at their own pace and has unique challenges in understanding concepts. While some students grasped ideas during regular class sessions, others required additional support to fully comprehend the material. Recognizing this, I made it a priority to provide personalized attention to those who needed extra help. After observing students who struggled or seemed hesitant to ask questions during class, I took the initiative to invite them for one-on-one sessions after class hours. These sessions created a comfortable environment where they could freely express their doubts without fear of judgment. I would patiently break down complex topics into simpler components, using practical examples and step-by-step explanations tailored to their individual learning styles. This approach not only helped these students overcome their difficulties but also boosted their confidence and engagement in the subject. Seeing their progress and improved performance was immensely rewarding and reinforced my belief in the importance of personalized teaching methods. It also taught me valuable lessons about empathy, adaptability, and the profound impact of understanding individual learning needs.

I completed my Engineering in Information Technology, where I not only focused on my own studies but also enjoyed teaching and helping my peers. I adopted a practical and hands-on approach to learning, which proved to be highly effective. I would explore new concepts by watching instructional videos, breaking them down into manageable steps, and then applying them practically through assignments and projects. This method not only deepened my understanding but also enabled me to explain concepts clearly to others.
When I worked as a Teaching Assistant, I applied the same strategy to support students in their learning journey. I designed practical assignments that encouraged them to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios. To ensure they fully understood the material, I scheduled dedicated sessions to address their doubts and clarify challenging topics. Additionally, I conducted lab sessions focused on teaching essential skills such as Excel, statistics, and data analysis. These interactive sessions allowed students to work hands-on with tools and datasets, making the learning process more engaging and impactful.
