Mr. Kuipo Jude?

The first time I saw him, I was in level 1 at UIS (University Institute of Siantou). He taught us Cisco I and II.

He is a very good teacher; he is chill and always shares good or positive feelings with his students. His classes were the only ones I didn't miss during the year because I knew as I entered the class, I would come out with something new.

We have not just collaborated in the status of teacher and student but also as a CEO and intern. I learned a lot with him during my internship (configurations of switches, routers, and servers).

And I actually recommend him because he is a very good trainer, and he is an expert in his domain of predilection.

Mr. Kuipo — as we call him — is an exceptional professor. Being his student and a prodigy of his excellence in the art of tutoring, I can testify that a class with him feels less like an ordinary lecture and more like a deep dissection of concepts that can even border on tangential digression.

He is skilled at maintaining order and students' focus in class and he does so using a combination of techniques:
- He treats everyone fairly. Equal respect, equal agency.
- He makes appropriate jokes when the atmosphere warrants or demands them.

Some (myself included) may even argue that his teaching style is complicated and often favors the academically stronger students than the rest but as I often put it:
“A class with Mr. Kuipo always leaves you confused. And being confused is good because it means you were intrigued enough to be interested, but not competent enough to grasp the full idea. What you do with the confusion is left to you.”

Mr Jude was my lecturer in the university. One of the only one who made school interesting. After my bachelor he helped me for my business, providing advices and additional support.

Mr. Jude trained me at school. I didn't like him initially because I didn't like his course, but he came closer to me and made me like his course, eventually making me the best student in it.
