About Annamarie Gurung
I hold a graduate degree in Yoga Science, a postgraduate degree in Yoga Therapy and have completed the Yogic Studies Course from Bihar School of Yoga. I have been teaching since 2015. I have worked with many clients with different health issues. Apart from therapeutic yoga I also teach yoga as a means to stay fit and healthy and encourage and guide my clients to adopt a yogic lifestyle.

I propagate authentic yoga and my approach is very holistic and individualistic. For yoga therapy I gain a complete understanding of my client and the health issue and create a specific module for them in which I include other integral factors of healing other than yoga asanas and pranayam. For the regular fitness yoga classes I teach classical Hath Yoga incorporating dynamic/gentle flows/restorative approaches, depending on the nature, capabilities and requirements of the person while keeping the sessions well balanced.

Perfect! She is very calm, patient, and easy alignment with breadth and mind she explain so beautifully that one can feel the moment of his posture and can feel the stretch, I feel luck to have her as yogini and I feel like I am having offline class because she understand the step and breadth of each posture very well , appreciate her mindfulness teaching
Perfect! An exceptional teacher. I have been having classes twice a week for a month. She has custom-made the classes for my body and needs and I am finding lasting physical and emotional benefits. She also gives me practices between the classes so that this is not just a yoga class but a lifestyle change. Annamarie is highly recommended.
Perfect! Yoga with Anna was amazing for me. Annamarie is a great teacher and very approachable and knowledgeable. I would recommend her, especially for beginners, who need special attention and personal care.She is extremely calm.
