About Cindy
Hi there! I am a 3rd year Computer Science student at Trinity College Dublin and a Generation Google Scholarship recipient for 'Women in Computer Science in Ireland'. I have over 1 year experience teaching programming to young people aged 8-17 years at 2 coding clubs and have attended Hackathons at Microsoft, Google and Amazon. I am an incoming Infrastructure Technology Engineer Intern at a global investment firm and enjoy building cool projects in my spare time :))

The goal of these lessons is to leave you feeling confident in your programming skills and comfortable building projects! This starts by ensuring a strong understanding of programming fundamentals; variables, data types, control statements, functions & debugging etc. Once you're comfortable in these areas we'll move on to Object-Oriented programming & Data structures.
The Lessons will be tailored to your individual needs & goals, and are available in Python or Java (Python being the recommended choice for beginners).
I believe the best way to learn programming is through a practical approach, so expect lots of hands-on exercises and cool projects! These are also a great way to build up your portfolio while learning ;)
