About Kate
I am studying an MCl Neuropsych at MQ, having completed a BComm, GDPsych, and BSHP. I have extensive experience as a School Learning Support Officer and as a private tutor, including with students who have physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and neurodevelopmental disorders. I am passionate about all students having the resources and opportunity to succeed in achieving their goals.

I am open to one-on-one and group lessons and can attend in-person or online. I am based around Rhodes but can travel to other locations as required. Lessons are planned around each student's curriculum requirements with consideration of their individual learning needs. My lessons can run for 1hr or more depending on what the student requires.

Perfect! Kate is a wonderful, kind and very clever tutor that has an amazing ability to connect with her students and tailor the work so it aligns with their interests. This has kept my 13 year old son super engaged with the project work. With her psych background, she understands differently wired kids and tailors her approach accordingly. She also acts as a mentor and coaches the kid beyond the academics. I couldn't recommend her more....and even better, she's a simply lovely person to be around!
