About Ishir
I’m a Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MSc in Analytical Chemistry. I have a deep passion for the chemistry of natural products and biomolecules. My interest lies in exploring how nature creates complex and fascinating compounds with unique functions. From colorful dyes in plants to flavors and biologically active compounds, I love uncovering the chemistry behind it all. I specialize in teaching the study of secondary metabolites—molecules that plants, fungi, and microbes produce for survival and defense. I guide students through the process of extraction and isolation of these compounds from living organisms. I also help them understand the techniques used to determine their structure, function, and relevance in daily life. My approach is hands-on and concept-driven. I simplify complex ideas and connect them to real-life applications. Together, we explore how Chemistry helps us understand the hidden language of nature. With each lesson, I aim to spark curiosity and build confidence. Let’s uncover the chemical wonders that nature has to offer—one molecule at a time.
