In my classroom, I believe that learning should be both engaging and effective. My approach is rooted in making complex concepts fun and easy to understand, while also challenging my students to think critically. Here's how I teach:
Interactive & Fun Learning: Each lesson is designed to be interactive, with quizzes and activities that directly align with the school syllabus. I incorporate high-order thinking exercises to push students beyond the syllabus, encouraging them to solve questions that require deeper understanding and problem-solving skills. This not only prepares them for exams but also builds essential skills for future learning.
Balanced Learning Time: Every session is split into 1 hour of learning and 1 hour of exercises/ quizzes. This ensures that the theory is well understood and reinforced through practical application. Students have the opportunity to test their knowledge and sharpen their skills in real-time, building both confidence and competence.
Strong Academic Background : With a Bachelor’s degree in Science and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science, I bring a strong academic foundation and a scientific mindset to my lessons. This allows me to simplify complex concepts and make them relatable, especially in subjects like Science and Bahasa Melayu.
Proven Success in Teaching Non-Native Speakers: Having taught non-native Bahasa Melayu students, I specialize in transforming them into confident speakers and writers in just 3 months. My personalized approach focuses on making them comfortable with the language, improving both their spoken and written proficiency.
Targeted for UPSR & PT3 Candidates: I cater specifically to
UPSR and PT3 candidates (Standard 4, 5, 6 & Form 1, 2, 3), focusing on exam-oriented techniques while ensuring students develop a genuine love for learning.
