I had Kritika as a lab instructor in college. She was able to make complex things very simple. She never made me or anyone feel stupid for asking questions rather she encouraged and fostered and environment where each person was able to thrive. I think having an instructor like Kritika made, what could have been something to dread, something that I looked forward to. In labs, she demonstrated and explained what we needed to do then would take questions from the group, and verify that we understood.
