About Kristina
Hi, I’m Kristina! I’m a marketing leader and career coach with more than 10 years of experience building brands and driving growth across fashion, beauty, luxury, retail, e-commerce and consumer products.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with leading companies including Ralph Lauren, L’Oréal, YOOX-NET-A-PORTER, Intermix, Eberjey and Fleur du Mal. I’ve led marketing teams, managed significant budgets and developed strategies across brand marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, social media, CRM and customer acquisition.
I’m passionate about teaching because I enjoy helping people understand how marketing works in the real world and giving students the confidence to apply what they learn. My goal is to make every lesson practical, engaging and relevant to the current industry.
Whether you’re studying marketing in college, preparing for an exam, working on a project or simply want to build stronger marketing skills, I’ll tailor our sessions to your goals and experience level. My teaching approach combines real-world marketing experience with a practical, student-focused learning environment. I believe students learn best when they can connect marketing concepts to actual brands, campaigns and business decisions rather than relying solely on theory.
A typical lesson begins by introducing the core concept, followed by relevant examples from the industry. I then use case studies, discussion, exercises and real-world scenarios to help students apply the concept themselves. Depending on the topic, students may develop a marketing strategy, analyze a brand, evaluate a campaign, build a customer journey or work through a business problem.
I bring more than 10 years of experience across marketing, branding, digital marketing, e-commerce, performance marketing, CRM and consumer strategy, including experience with leading fashion, beauty, luxury, retail and consumer brands. I have managed large budgets, led teams and made strategic decisions that directly impacted business growth.
I also have experience as a career coach, so mentorship is an important part of my teaching style. I focus on helping students build confidence, develop practical skills and understand how the concepts they learn can translate into real career opportunities.
My lessons are designed for high school, undergraduate, and graduate students studying marketing, business, management, branding, digital marketing, e-commerce or related subjects, as well as students looking to strengthen their practical understanding of the industry.
