About Vanessa
I am originally from Brazil, where I received a Law Degree from the University of Sao Paulo. After moving to Southern California, I fell in love with the yoga discipline and philosophy, which inspired me to switch careers and become a yoga instructor.
I completed 500h Teacher Training from Yoga Salt studying under the mentorship of Tamal Dodge. I continued my education and graduated from 'Breathwork, Meditation & Neuroscience Teacher Training', as well as, 'Yoga Nidra Teacher Training' studying under Alex Nashton.
I love learning new modalities of holistic healing arts that I can incorporate to my classes!
Recently, I completed a Reiki I and Intuitive Development Certification Course from Reiki and Flow where I am currently studying the Science of Sound Healing.

I teach groups and private classes, from beginners to seasoned yogis. I specialize in Vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Breathwork, and Meditation. I also love blending these styles and incorporating Sound Healing and Reiki into the experience. My classes are empowering, accessible, relaxing, playful, and, above all, tailored to my students' needs.
My passion is to empower my students by sharing mindfulness practices that uplift the body, mind, and soul, so they can feel better and more like themselves, as well as, thrive off the mat and access their innate self-healing potential.
I love creating events to foster community and strive to offer a trauma-informed and well-rounded healing experience bringing all my knowledge and experience.
