About Thomas
Feedback is only effective when it is immediate and specific to your current design challenge. I structure our time to mimic a studio environment where you can present your work for a weekly design challenge with critique. It feels like a natural conversation about your draft rather than a formal lecture. We will move through your SketchUp files or technical drafting layers to ensure your vision is grounded in reality.
This approach works particularly well for A-level design students and those just starting their architecture journey. You will find that our sessions are quite informal but remain strictly focused on your progress. We keep the momentum going until the project is complete.

A faint hum of a cooling fan and the soft flicker of a monitor defined my early nights in the London computational design industry. Those 12 years spent refining Rhino and Grasshopper workflows taught me that architecture is as much about process as it is about the final render.
My MArch and BEng degrees from Imperial provided the technical foundation for my career, while 7 years of teaching have helped me share this knowledge with design students. Whether you are focusing on floor planning or mastering SketchUp, I approach the task with a disciplined mindset.
We explore how spatial planning informs the history of our built environment. My background includes everything from complex AutoCAD drafting to nuanced architectural history lessons. I am here to help you refine your portfolio and sharpen your technical precision.
