About Ala
I have many years' experience as a university lecturer, then moved to high school Biology teaching two different curricula: the British and American programs. In Canada, I also tutored high school students, which have a similar curriculum. My reward is seeing my students succeed.

In my lessons, I use several methods of instruction to align with the student's learning style. I incorporate reading, writing, and visuals to reach my objectives. Biology requires understanding structure related to function, which is what I tend to emphasize.
