In today’s lesson, we delved into the concept of derivatives, discussing their applications in real-world problems. Students practiced solving differentiation problems, enhancing their understanding of calculus principles.
We explored the structure and properties of alkanes, alkenes, and alkynes. Students engaged in identifying functional groups and predicting reaction outcomes, solidifying their grasp of organic reactions.
The focus was on quadratic equations. Students learned to solve them using factoring, completing the square, and the quadratic formula. The class also explored real-life applications of quadratic equations.
We covered the properties of triangles, emphasizing congruence and similarity. Students practiced proving theorems and solving for unknown angles and sides, reinforcing their spatial reasoning skills.
