About Nandini
Hello everyone! I’m Nandini, and I’ll be your teacher.
I have a background in Physics, with a Bachelor degree in Physics from Miranda House and ongoing Masters degree for Delhi University. I genuinely enjoy understanding how things work and, more importantly, helping others understand them in a simple way.
In our classes, I don’t want learning to be about simply memorizing formulas or answers. I want you to understand the “why” behind what you’re studying, ask questions freely, and build your concepts step by step.
You don’t have to be perfect or know everything before coming to class. Making mistakes and asking questions is a part of learning.
So, I hope we can make our classes interactive, comfortable, and interesting. I’m looking forward to getting to know all of you and learning together.

My Teaching Approach
I believe Physics becomes much easier when you understand the concept instead of simply memorizing formulas. My teaching approach is therefore focused on building strong fundamentals and developing the ability to apply concepts to different types of problems.
Teaching Techniques & Methods
I adapt my teaching according to the student's level, learning pace, and goals. My classes generally involve:
-Explaining concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language
-Using real-life examples to connect Physics with everyday experiences
-Breaking difficult topics into smaller, manageable concepts
-Solving numerical problems step by step
-Encouraging students to ask questions and think through problems themselves
-Revising important concepts regularly
-Providing practice questions to strengthen understanding
I also try to identify exactly where a student is struggling rather than simply moving ahead with the syllabus.
Structure of a Typical Class
A typical class begins with a quick discussion or revision of the previous topic. We then move on to the new concept, starting from the basics and gradually increasing the difficulty.
After explaining the concept, I solve examples with the student and then give them problems to attempt independently. We finish with a short recap and identify anything that needs further practice or clarification.
The pace of the class is flexible and depends on the student's understanding rather than simply trying to finish a chapter quickly.
What Makes My Classes Different
My focus is on making students understand Physics rather than fear it. I encourage students to ask "why" and "how" instead of learning answers mechanically.
As a Physics student myself, I understand that some topics can initially feel complicated or abstract. I therefore aim to create a comfortable environment where students can make mistakes, ask basic questions, and gradually develop confidence in solving problems.
