About Puspo
Hi, My name is Puspo Nagati. I am a Major Outstanding Student of the Faculty of Sports Science, UNJ. I have experience in the fitness field. I really like interacting with people. In addition, I have become a Private Trainer at MAG Fitness UNJ and have done an internship as a Sport Trainer at the Indonesia Sport Medicine Center.

I have good communication with clients, so the techniques I use also adapt to clients. The duration I give is 60-90 minutes. I have experience as a Private Trainer and I am also a sports trainer at MAG Fitness UNJ and have an internship experience at the Indonesia Sport Medicine Center. I train for all ages and all training targets from fat loss to sports performance.
