William Kim is a professional vocal coach who has worked with artists and trainees from major Korean record labels including YG Entertainment, CUBE Entertainment, and MNH Entertainment. William has trained extensively in Speech Level Singing (SLS), studying in Los Angeles since 2013 under Maestro Seth Riggs through private lessons and workshops. Many people may think that singing and music do not have rules; you may even want to be creative and unique and break the rules. However, if you want to sing well, understanding the scientific principles of human anatomy is helpful. If you want to produce the exact same pitch visualised in your head, you need to first learn how to control the corresponding muscles. While singers who are naturally gifted can do this easily without thinking, most other singers can also achieve it with the correct training and practice.
Cause and effect pedagogy based on Speech Level Singing technique is taught during lessons. It is a technique adopted by over 130 Grammy awards winners, and it is now spread globally. Many popular contemporary singers such as Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Michael Bolton, Natalie Cole, Barbra Streisand, Madonna, and many more
took singing lessons with the founder of the SLS technique, Seth Riggs.

Perfect! Amazing first session! This is the first time I've tried vocal lessons so I was a bit nervous but all the nerves went away less than a minute into the session. William was very friendly. He explained everything really clearly and broke things down in a way that was easy to follow. I felt comfortable throughout the lesson and learned a lot in a short time.
Perfect! William was so supportive and kind. He made me feel so comfortable and I felt like my voice improved even by the end of the lesson.

Perfect! William is an excellent vocal teacher who is able to quickly identify and correct singing problems. I had no idea I was singing incorrectly until I took a lesson with him. He was able to pinpoint my problems and provide me with specific exercises to fix them. I am confident that with his guidance, I will be able to improve my singing a lot.
I also appreciated William's positive and encouraging teaching style. He made me feel comfortable and confident, even though I was a beginner. He was always patient and willing to answer my questions.
