Maggie has been doing yoga for more than 15 years. Doing Yoga in the early morning has become Maggie's daily routines since 2010 when she started to work for her PhD Degree in economics. When she found herself benefit so much from yoga and full of peace and joy even faced with great pressure on study and life, she began to spread word of mouth for yoga and teach many of her friends yoga at home or outdoor.
Now Maggie is a 200 Hour Yoga teacher in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. Maggie offers yoga classes online and in person, workshops and yoga retreats. Maggie enjoys Hatha, Vinyasa, Children's Yoga and breathe work. She wants to teach and share yoga with more friends.
