I attended Columbia College for a machinist career. As a machinist, you are required to know a variety if math skills to complete even the most simple parts. For the type that I was machining, I had to know everything from basic addition all the way up to trigonometry.

Since working with my 8 year old son on his math skills I have learned that there are some super fun ways to teach the basics for a good foundation. Learning is fun if it is taught in a fun way!
