About Guilhem
I started in high school to help fellow pupils in difficulty, both in the French language and in literary analysis. Thus, the comrades in question, in literary section or not, obtained very good results in Bac. This successful experience was my main introduction to pedagogy. In addition, since the beginning of the year I give remedial courses in literary preparatory class students and prepare them for ENS contest.

I am currently studying English at the Ecole Normale Supérieure. After three years of literary preparatory class and a literary baccalaureate, I think I have acquired a sufficient level to work with students ranging from primary to higher on the French, whether as a language as with literary texts.
I will especially focus on what can cause you problems and adapt myself to it. I will make sure to work on texts related to your level, and thus to reach universal methods of text analysis. However, the specificity of the text will not be neglected and I may as well deliver literary history courses, which is an important area for compounds comments, especially in high school and higher education. I am also able to provide training courses in French: I will try to make clear the rules of spelling and grammar and deliver ways to avoid some recurring errors.
In short, I think the use of French at all levels must go through the pleasure of the text and language as by mastering it. There will be neither practice of rote learning nor forcing to read daunting texts, but the joy of reading will be at the center of the courses as well as help with homework while finding simple ways to improve linguistic proficiency in French.
