About Joe
I'm new to online tutoring but have lots of experience coaching and teaching young people:
- I currently mentor new civil servants, helping them to get the most out of their career development and opportunities
- I helped run the teacher training program for a large academy network across London
- I worked for several years on a top-ranked summer camp in the USA coaching young people in sailing and leading cabins of young people between 11-14
- Through university I trained junior members of my Model United Nations society in public speaking and presentation skills, with many of them going on to win international awards.
I have a History BA from King's College London and a Masters Degree from the London School of Economics in International Relations and Government. I therefore have a strong grasp of the academic skills behind both subjects, as well as wider experience in essay writing and research skills.
I obtained A's in History, Politics, and English Literature A-Levels, and 10 A*s and 2 As at GCSE.
