About Rahul
I am a professional economist working at a prestigious international development consultancy, where I advise governments around the world on their economic policies. Alongside this, I have a real passion for learning and teaching, and I take pride in passing that knowledge on to the next generation. I bring both academic excellence and real-world experience into my tutoring. My approach is modern, focused, and effective - very different from the old-school style I often struggled with as a student. I focus on exam papers and technique, helping students understand what examiners look for while building strong subject knowledge. Lessons are usually 1–1.5 hours and tailored to each student’s needs. I hold a First-Class BSc in Economics and a Distinction MSc from LSE, with professional experience as an economist for the UK government and now at a leading international development consultancy. With 8+ years of experience, I teach GCSE and A-Level Economics and Maths, supporting students of all abilities to gain confidence and achieve top results.
