About Alissa
I have a degree in early childhood education and teaching. I have tutored and substituted for four years. Before I got my degree, I taught at a daycare. Math is my strongest subject. But, I can tutor all the basic subjects.

I like to evaluate where the student is within their grade level. Then, I like to see how the student learns best. If they are easily distracted when doing paper work I like to make a game out the lesson to make learning fun. If the student isn’t understanding with one way of teaching I will try a different way until they understand.
