Teaching Method & Techniques
I focus on an interactive and student-centered approach that adapts to each learner’s needs. My method includes:
Immersive Learning: Encouraging students to think and express themselves in English as much as possible.
Practical Application: Using real-life examples, role-playing, and discussions to make lessons engaging.
Personalized Feedback: Identifying specific areas of improvement and providing clear, constructive guidance.
Pronunciation & Accent Training: Helping students refine their fluency through targeted exercises (especially useful for IELTS and general speaking skills).
Storytelling & Audiobooks: Integrating literature and audiobooks to enhance comprehension and vocabulary naturally.
A Typical Lesson Plan
Each lesson follows a structured yet flexible approach:
Warm-up (5-10 min) – A short speaking or listening exercise to ease into the session.
Core Lesson (30-40 min) – Based on the student’s goals, covering reading, speaking, writing, or listening skills. This might involve analyzing a text, practicing dialogues, or working on pronunciation drills.
Practice & Application (10-15 min) – Exercises, real-world conversations, or role-playing situations.
Feedback & Review (5 min) – Summary of key takeaways and areas for improvement.
