About Neelima
My name is Neelima. I moved to the UK for my PhD at Imperial College London in Department of Bioengineering from Boston, USA on a president's scholarship. I am currently studying pancreatic cancer using microfluidic technology- organ on chip. Before Imperial, I worked at Harvard University and MIT collaborated research on pancreatic cancer as well as microfluidics technology for early detection of cancer. Throughout college, I tutored undergraduate level, high school, middle school students. Currently, I am also a graduate teaching assistant at Imperial College where I teach and mentor masters and undergraduate students. I love teaching/mentoring because I get to learn a lot during the process from my peers. In addition, I have also helped with SAT prep classes, university applications processes (in the US), homework help in mathematics, English, Biology and Biochemistry.
