I have been going to Aurélie since grade 3, and now I am in my first year of university. She has helped me so much over the years with my French, and I am truly grateful. Aurélie's instruction and guidance are the reason that I have been able to continue the development of my skills in French years after being her student. I had previously taken lessons with Aurélie from the second grade all the way to the end of high school, starting with little to no French knowledge. From a young pupil to an advanced learner, Aurélie has adapted her teaching to my preferences and skill level to keep the lessons interesting. She has a great directory of texts and exercises that focus on specific aspects of grammar or vocabulary, planning out which ones to use given the time of year or the current events. This helped to keep my vocabulary up to date and relevant. Her classes focus on building a solid foundation of the French language through practice of grammar, reading, and writing comprehension; all of which have driven my exponential progress. I am now able to read, write, and communicate in French at the C1 level. Aurélie also helped me pass both my DELF B1 and B2 exams using course material and practicing the same format as seen during the exams. Her warm and open approach to teaching makes the lessons enjoyable and fun.
