About Kael
I have been practicing martial arts ever since I was a little kid. It first started with taekwondo, but it's boxing which has without a doubt become my favorite. Even if you're not be interested in martial arts, whether you just want to learn a little more self-defense or about your own body and functionality, boxing is an incredible form of training. I want to teach basic knowledge and fun about the sport, or something more advanced for the truly enthusiastic.

I base my teaching methods on some traditional boxing teaching, and eventually a lot of nontraditional methods that were unique to my mentor - now with my own little twist. You will quickly get through the basics, shadow boxing, sparring and specific strength and endurance training needed, and later on understanding of your peri-/extrapersonal space and training an "eye" you may not have known you had.
