About Jo
I am a passionate Piano tutor with over 14 years of teaching experience. I work with School students, College students, and working professionals from different backgrounds. I believe piano learning improves focus, creativity, and confidence.
My tutoring approach is practical and well-organised. I focus on developing strong basics such as finger technique, rhythm accuracy, and hand coordination. Lessons are paced carefully to ensure steady improvement.
I teach classical piano foundations, modern piano styles, chords, scales, arpeggios, and accompaniment methods. I also guide students in music theory, sight reading, ear training, and practice planning. My lessons are suitable for beginners and intermediate learners.
What sets my teaching apart is my calm and friendly approach. I make learning stress-free and enjoyable. My goal is to help students grow confidently and enjoy every step of piano learning.
