About Hassan

I hold an LLB (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde and completed Bar Vocational Studies at City, University of London. I have worked as a Judicial Clerk at the Supreme Court of Pakistan, gaining firsthand insight into how law works in practice, and have professional experience in legal research, advocacy, and case analysis with organisations such as the Financial Conduct Authority and Government Legal Department.

Perfect! Hassan is making what seems to me to be unexpected good progress in detecting in the flaws in a real life defence statement. Hassan appears to me to be somewhat anxious regards what is going on, but I am deliberately providing as little information as possible to maximise the probative value of Hassan's work. It
• seems very likely to me that Hassan has little idea what is really going on, but has the gumption to proceed nonetheless. The gumption. It seems to me, that at the end of my discussions with various lawyers tutors, whomever it is who produced the defective defence statement is going to have a lot to worry about.
That person is not Hassan. I do not agree that non-studenta do not require law tutoring. Gumption is in short supply. It requires a premium. You can have the skills, but what if you lack the gumption?- Ming approaches discussions with diligence and a thoughtful mindset. He is observant, often picking up on subtle points that others might miss, and consistently engages with the subject matter in depth. His contributions reflect careful consideration and a genuine effort to unpack complex issues.
