About Kevin
My name is Kevin. I was born in the United States but raised in Vietnam. I love playing soccer and basketball—I play as a center back in soccer and a center in basketball. I also enjoy cooking and working out. As a Vietnamese American, I'm always proud of my roots. I've lived and studied in Vietnam for almost a decade, and I've come to deeply appreciate the culture, the people, the etiquette, and the vibrant atmosphere. It always fills my heart with love and pride to be Vietnamese and to understand the complex yet beautiful Vietnamese language.

As a student I can understand the frustration of not understanding something that you want to learn. With my lesson and method of teaching, I will make sure you're always learning and overcoming any challenges that you'll face while learning. Everyone can learn something new, and I will always be patient to make sure you feel comfortable learning and have fun while learning something new. For my lesson plan, we'll focus on traditional Vietnam's literature while also learning how to communicate in everyday life and maybe even "slang" ;). If you want, we can also learn about Vietnam's culture, etiquette, and the most important part is understanding and making jokes as Vietnamese is a complicated language that requires not only basic literature but also sensitivity and consideration. I hope to be able to work with you soon!!
