About Hameeda
Hi, I am Hameeda, I am a postgraduate in Agricultural Engineering. Also, I am a Certified Mindfulness Trainer. I am here to teach or give training in meditation, mindfulness and breathing exercises. I am specialized in both Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Also, I do life coaching for individuals.
