About Chris
I’m a university-based academic skills specialist with over 16 years’ experience supporting students across a range of disciplines. I currently work at the University of Liverpool and have previously worked at several universities across the North West of England. I’ve supported undergraduate and postgraduate students from a wide variety of academic and cultural backgrounds. I offer one to one online tutoring support and tailor the sessions to your individual needs. I have 16 years university teaching experience and have designed multiple modules and learning frameworksto cater for students with varying needs. I have worked with international students, local students, neurodivergent students and students with SpLD needs.
In our first session, we will discuss what you need support with and devise a plan to work through the issue. Then each subsequent session will have an agenda and goal attached to it so you will be able to evidence your progress.

Perfect! I had a one-hour session (with the first lesson free) focused on sentence analysis, and I was very impressed with the experience.
