About Hajar
I’m Hajar, a linguistics graduate and experienced language tutor from Morocco, specializing in Moroccan Darija, Arabic, and English. I have worked with learners from diverse cultural backgrounds, including international volunteers, which has strengthened my ability to adapt my teaching to different learning styles and goals.
My background in both education and community work allows me to create structured, effective, and engaging lessons focused on real communication. I am known for being patient, organized, and attentive to each student’s progress.
I am committed to providing a supportive learning environment where students gain confidence, improve steadily, and feel comfortable using the language in real-life situations.

My teaching approach is practical, interactive, and adapted to each student’s needs. I focus on helping learners use the language in real-life situations, encouraging them to speak from the beginning, even with simple sentences. I combine conversation, listening, and guided activities, while introducing grammar step by step in a simple way.
A typical lesson starts with a short review, followed by new vocabulary or structures, then practice through speaking and activities. I always include feedback and optional exercises for extra practice.
What sets me apart is my experience working with international learners in both formal and community settings. My lessons are suitable for beginners to intermediate students who want to improve their communication skills with confidence.
