About Manuela
Gymnastics has always been part of my life. I started practicing gymnastics in elementary school and then moved on to aerobics after a couple of years. I competed on a regional, national and international level as part of Team Italy for the aerodance section and in 2013 I finished third in the European championship in Arques, France.
For 5 years I've been a teacher of aerobic and acrobatic gymnastics and for 2 years of rhythmic gymnastics.
I currently work as an artistic gymnastics coach with children from 7 years old at Hammarbygymnasterna in Stockholm, Sweden.
I offer personalized online lessons in stretching and elements of flexibility.
