About Vilia
I am a Human Resource Development Specialist and involved in Mental Health training. The last three years I focused on emotional illnesses due to trauma using Attachment Therapy, Trauma Therapy and Addiction Therapy and teaching children Mathematics and Afrikaans/English. For seven years I am involved in Life Skills Training within the community. Earlier I focused mainly on Leadership and Management training for 20 years.
