About Harshi
I am a Master's student currently pursuing my degree from School of Life Science, Jawaharlal Nehru University. I recently qualified GATE, Life Sciences with a an AIR of 72 and I wish to extend my knowledge with students who share the same interest as me. I currently rank 1st in my department and am really passionate about my subject. I will next pursue my PhD in the similar field and I am currently working in the field of Nano bioscience to try and solve the issue of protein aggregation using nanoparticles.
I completed my Bachelor's from Miranda House, DU in Life Sciences and that's where I became really enthusiastic about the subject. I did my schooling from Delhi Public School, Ranipur and scored 95.4% in 12th (CBSE) with PCB as my core subjects.

I personally believe in interactive sessions as I think biology is a subject that can be mastered through intuitive discussions and not just through memorizing concepts. I believe in providing a healthy space for the student where they can ask any question without the fear of being put down.
In my 5 years of experience in the field of academics, I think the fundamentals of biology are the most essential part of the subject which can be applied in higher education like Master's. I know Biology can be seen as a nightmare because it is always taught as a subject that need to be memorized. But that is not the case in my opinion. I want to help the students in getting their basics right, so that they can become self-sufficient for their future endeavors.
