I am a Scientist working in the area of Food Technology. I have stayed in a hostel which has taught me so much that i wish to share with you all. Life may seem to be complicated but it is always simple. It's we who complicate the things. I have mentored so many juniors which gives a confidence to approach people who really need help and support.

My methodology is basically understanding the problem, then come up with a solution which each student have to do. Group discussion will be helpful for them to overcome their fear and it can help the students to understand others and their problem.
