About Sneh

I'm a dance movement therapist and nutritionist by profession. I provide session/class of free body movements, it's related to psychotherapy and based on it. I'm a pre and postnatal yoga trainee as well. I help people to get connected to themselves through simple movements and connecting with self.

About the lesson

My methodology is group sessions, one to one session and online counseling including dance movement therapy and movement psychology. Use of various modes and techniques to get through the process of healing and understanding self without judging. It's complete non-judgmental process. It's basically based on trust
