About Jack
I am an ex professional dancer who now teaches children how to dance, coaches aerial silks and holds a level 7 Diploma in Life Coaching. I believe that we have inside of ourselves exactly what we need to grow through our self limiting beliefs because, I do it everyday!

My teaching method is less direct and I enjoy gently pushing individuals with thought provoking questions to unlock potential within themselves. I base my classes on the idea that the client has inside them both light and dark and teach them how to accept and love both sides
