About Brandy
Brandy Beans-Woodard B.A., MSAC graduated from the University of Bridgeport Acupuncture Institute in the spring of 2023 with a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture. Additionally, Mrs. Woodard has an intentional meditation practice (Vipassana) that has provided her with several opportunities to participate in 5 to 10 day silent meditation retreats. As a life coach and health coach, I welcome you as we walk the path toward presence, clarity and love.

Teaching Method: Each session will consist of thoughtful, discussion based interactions in which the student will be challenged to reflectively answer thought provoking questions.
Typical Lesson Plan: Each session will typically be organized in the following way: Ice breaker, Discussion of current life challenge, Introduce questions to cultivate reflective conversation around the particular life challenge, Brainstorm meaningful solutions, Conclude with positive affirmation.
Ideal Student: These lessons are for students who are serious about doing their inner work, intentional in asking the hard questions, and diligent in implementing the changes needed to grow.
