I'm Laura, I've been a Co-Active trained Life Coach since 2021.
Coaching helps you better understand your personal journey, draw your own life goals, and dare to get started!
I'm British, and I've been living in Paris since 1998. Following a 15-year career in a multinational company, I took the plunge and became a Parenting Consultant in 2019, and now a Life Coach.

As a life coach, I work with my clients on a wide range of topics. We dedicate our first session to exploring your life, your needs, and defining the main topics you want to work on.
Each week, the client brings the subject, and we decide together on the outcome of the session. My role is to be curious, to ask questions, to offer possibilities and to help you explore the subject, so that you can find the solution that is right for you.
The topics I am currently working on with my clients are:
- Difficulties related to being an expatriate family, questions around positive parenting.
- Career change
- Health - nutrition and physical exercise
- Personal relationships - partners, family members, friends.
- Workplace issues - setting boundaries and managing expectations.
