About Yasmin
I’m a supportive and approachable Life Coach with a strong background in helping people overcome personal barriers and build confidence. My experience comes from years of working one-to-one with individuals from all walks of life, including young people, adults, and those facing challenges such as low confidence, stress, sensory impairments, or major life changes. In my role as a wellbeing assessor, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to help people recognise their strengths, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and move towards positive, practical change. This has shaped my coaching style into something calm, grounded and genuinely empowering. I take professionalism seriously: I’m reliable, patient, and committed to creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and be yourself. My communication style is clear and reassuring, and I always work at your pace, adapting each session to your comfort level and goals. What clients tend to appreciate most is my ability to make them feel understood and supported from the very first session. I bring empathy, real-life experience as a parent, and a natural ability to motivate and uplift people — without pressure or unrealistic expectations. My coaching sessions are practical, supportive and completely tailored to the person in front of me. I focus on helping individuals build confidence, positive thinking, emotional resilience and strong people skills through simple, realistic techniques that fit naturally into everyday life. I use a strength-based approach, gentle mindset coaching, guided reflection, and conversational tools that help you understand your thoughts, build self-belief, and create habits that genuinely work. My teaching style is warm, relaxed and down-to-earth — I guide you step-by-step, at your pace, with clear strategies you can start using straight away. Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes, giving enough time to explore challenges, practise practical exercises, set goals and reflect on progress. Longer or shorter sessions can be arranged if needed. I have years of experience supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds, including young people, adults, individuals with sensory impairments, and those facing low confidence, stress, life transitions or motivation issues. This experience allows me to understand different personalities and adapt my sessions so they feel comfortable, empowering and personal.
