I'm a Life Coach offering 1:1 coaching sessions lasting between 1h-1.5h.
I believe in a holistic approach. Every individual already has everything they need to thrive in this world and it's my task to bring it out of you. Whether you're unhappy or not satisfied with your job, your relationship or life in general, there are simple tools and techniques available to shift your mindset and thus start seeing change in your world. I help clients transform their lives so they can attract successful careers and relationships, start feeling better in their own skin, develop better habits, unleash their potential, find their life purpose and feel confident and energized.
My background is in teaching, recruitment and Executive Search. I have acquired qualifications as a Professional Life Coach, Reiki Master and Meditation and Energy Healer.
