About Fanny
“Originally from the south of France, I have been passionate about art from a very young age, dance and theater in particular. I trained in a professional school of actors for three years in Paris and then I decided to travel. I notably go to live in the United States, in South Africa, in Dubai & in the Caribbean. After these trips, I arrive in Switzerland and it is in contact with different theater and cinema professionals that the desire to coach, and to share my passion for the profession with young actors becomes obvious. In parallel I have always been passionate about personal development coaching from an early age, I have read dozens of books on the subject of psychoanalysis, have been inspired by the greatest, Simon Sinek, Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy , Napoléon Hill ... I attended several major conferences on life change and self-confidence with in particular David Laroche, Alexandre Cormont ... for three years I have worked tirelessly, trained, learned my trade for become a real coach specializing in self-confidence and public speaking. Self-employed for a year, I have been helping my clients to ask themselves how to change something that is bothering them, how to evolve, reach their goals whether professional or personal, become positive and assert themselves. I use relaxation techniques and do a lot of letting go exercises during my sessions. You can learn to trust yourself, you can learn to speak in public, everything can be learned and worked. For me accepting to take charge of my life and becoming an actor of my own changes is one of my priorities. "

We will work on several points in order to allow you: - to be comfortable in society (assertiveness) and have a good interpersonal skills to gain confidence in you, - to enhance your image to be in agreement with your identity - to manage your stress, your anxieties and to assert yourself so that you become the actor of your life. We will go through breathing exercises, relaxation, letting go, memorization, concentration and improvisation.
