I am a certified Life Coach, with 1 year experience in personal coaching. Currently I continue my studies in Dramatic Arts, coaching, meditation and nutrition. A Life Coaching session is a conversation! in the first conversations the areas to be worked are identified and exercises are proposed, for example: readings, meditation, or processes for changing habits. Each session brings new challenges and achievements, so it is always different.
We work from a holistic perspective, taking into account that well-being occurs through balance in different areas of our lives (relationships, physical, mental and emotional health, work, dreams, finances, etc.).
I offer video call sessions, but it is possible to coordinate face-to-face sessions.
My personal and academic experience in nutrition, meditation and spirituality allow me to include these aspects in clients who wish to do so.
